On the occasion of the 160th anniversary of the founding of Gerbeaud Café, in cooperation with the Cacao Barry chocolate factory, a chocolate adapted to our own tastes, the Cacao Barry Or Noir 1858 dark chocolate, was born. The dark chocolate with 71.9% cocoa content is made exclusively for us using Trinitario cocoa beans from South America and Africa.
