Alc. 12,5% vol
100% sauvignon blanc from an early September harvest, fresh, cool, with green notes. Short tank ageing. Bright greenish yellow in colour, the nose is classic of the variety: the grape's characteristic spicy aromas predominate, with grapefruit, citrus, gooseberry and a delicate minty accompaniment. Tasted remarkably full and lively, dry, with vibrant acidity and a long finish.
