Frigyes Bott's favourite grape variety - Hárslevelű - is crystal clear, sparkling, floral and honeyed again this vintage. A true classic from biodynamic cultivation. It starts with a clean floral honey nose, with subtle spicy notes and a faint oaky scent from seven months of barrel ageing. The palate is also long, subtly mineral with white fruits.
