The Gerbeaud cake made for our 150th anniversary was renewed by our creative pastry chef for the 155th anniversary of the confectionery. This traditional yet innovative Gerbeaud cake was made with high-quality French chocolate, ganache cream and dark chocolate topping. Marzipan-chocolate sponge base layered with walnut praline, filled with homemade apricot jelly, with which we created the newest and most delicious old-new Gerbeaud cake ever.
The bottom drawer of the 4-slice Gerbeaud jour cake box holds 1 dark chocolate bar, which together with the cake makes a wonderful gift for a birthday, name day or any celebration.
The jour cake comes with our 1858 chocolate bar.
