"The peacock (páva) is a solar bird. It embodies immortality, eternal life and the universe." Deep-toned, ruby-coloured wine with layered aromas. On the nose, tertiary notes appear alongside primary and secondary: good quality cigars, cedar, dark chocolate. Lots of fruit and subtle oriental spices. The finish is long, smooth and memorable.
Decant and let it air for an hour before drinking, to allow it to unfold its full beauty.
