Sissi tart cake (gluten- and lactose-free)

Try our new Sissi dessert inspired by one of her favourite flowers, the violet!

The light, refreshing redcurrant cream is surrounded by a gluten- and lactose-free short-crust pastry basket, topped with a violet-flavoured berry mousse and a pistachio dacquoise sponge in the middle.
