Our Esterházy slice is made with a gluten-free flour blend so that gluten-sensitive people can enjoy this fantastic sweet classic with peace of mind.
The carefully selected and finely ground walnuts are layered between gluten-free sponge, filled with a brandy-flavoured vanilla cream and a light quince jelly. The chocolate fondant topping follows the classic Esterházy pattern. A combination of pleasant flavours and soft, crumbly textures. This traditional cake is also available as a whole cake!
