- In the case of purchases under 10000 HUF, we do not offer home delivery, but personal pick-up is possible at our Café in Vörösmarty Square
- In case of orders between 10000 HUF and 39999 HUF, the delivery fee is HUF 3600 / given address
- For orders above 40000 Ft, the delivery is free of charge

Personal pick-up at Émile restaurant is considered as home delivery. Therefore, the cost of this service will be the same as the charges indicated in the above Shipping conditions section.
Delivery is available every day of the week between 11 am and 7 pm.
As our cakes are freshly made the same morning, we cannot deliver earlier. If you would prefer to have your cake delivered in the morning, you can request a personal pick-up at the Gerbeaud Café.
If you require a custom delivery time (with a minimum time slot of 2 hours), please indicate this in the other comments section ("Add a note to your order") of the order form and select our on-time (extra charge) delivery service as the delivery method.
As we have a limited number of deliveries available for the time slot you specify, if the time slot you require is no longer available, we will notify you in advance in writing or by phone. Please provide a phone number where we can reach you when you make your purchase!
We cannot guarantee delivery at the exact time, due to the nature of urban traffic.

At any time during the purchase process, you can modify or correct any errors or mistakes (type of product, quantity, personal data, delivery address, etc.) that occur during the electronic recording of data.

You have three options to choose from. Payment by credit card via secure SimplePay system, or upon personal pick-up paying by cash and/or credit card.
If you would like to request a VAT invoice for your order, please specify your date here by selecting the Enter a different billing address option.
If you do not require a VAT invoice, please select the Consistent with transport address option.
Press the Submit order button to finalise your order!
Your order summary will then appear on your screen with the order number.
Information about your order will be automatically confirmed by our system to the e-mail address you provide, where you can check the details of your order. Your order will be recorded by the order number included in the confirmation.
Cancellation procedure and conditions
You can change your order within 3 hours of the order being placed by writing an e-mail to email@example.com address. Please quote the order number in the confirmation e-mail as a reference.
