For the 167th anniversary of our house, our pastry chefs created the Gerbeaud 167 dessert, paying tribute to the classic Gerbeaud tradition while introducing a new flavor experience.
The dessert combines a rich dark chocolate mousse, fresh red currant jelly, and a winter-spiced white chocolate cream, completed with almond praline and a glossy dark chocolate glaze.
It makes a perfect gift as a four-slice cake, presented in a decorative box.
