The Mignon originally traces back to Henrik Kugler, who in the 19th century created this small, fondant-coated pastry, initially named after him as the kugler. Later, when Emil Gerbeaud took over the patisserie, the name changed to Mignon, but the delicacy retained its classic form. We are delighted that this iconic treat has now returned to Gerbeaud, paying tribute to Kugler’s legacy, and this time crafted in a gluten-free version.

An elegant dessert featuring harmonious layers of hazelnut sponge and coffee-mandarin white chocolate cream. The pastry is covered with a golden glaze, subtly highlighting the creamy textures. The rich aroma of coffee, the freshness of mandarin, and the smoothness of white chocolate create a truly exceptional dessert experience.
